HVOF, or High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel coating, is an extremely high-pressure mechanism to realize coatings with high density.

The gun incorporates a secondary chamber that releases the powder used for coating any product. This powder is melted by the heat generated by the combustion of the process gases and flung at the surface of the intended product.
